Award winning singer, songwriter, and performer, made a much awaited comeback with his brand new single ‘Do You Remember?’, which he released on 9th August 2024.

With this catchy Afropop anthem, Chimano’s first since Sauti Sol’s hiatus a few years back, he sends an encouraging message to listeners urging them to ignore the pressures of the world and trust their hearts, conveying a feeling of being grounded, affirmations, and love for the craft and self. Oscillating between Dance and Afropop, ‘Do You Remember’ is a mark of his new sound and expression.

The track, in collaboration with renowned producer DTX, comes just after Chimano announced a two-year distribution deal with Sol Generation, and hinted at much more music to come later this year. This follows the great success of his debut solo album ‘Heavy Is The Crown’ (2022).
