The historic performance will take place on Sunday, July 13, 2025, during the FIFA Club World Cup Final at MetLife Stadium, New York–New Jersey, with Tems, J Balvin, and Doja Cat slated to headline the show.

“Together we are going to make history on a special occasion where football and music unites the world,” said FIFA President Gianni Infantino, who officially announced the partnership on social media earlier today.
This will be the first halftime show ever at a FIFA competition, curated by none other than Coldplay’s Chris Martin. The show promises not only to thrill millions of fans around the globe but also to raise awareness for a powerful cause: global access to education.
Through this partnership, FIFA and Global Citizen are pledging support for the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, a transformative initiative aiming to give every child the opportunity to learn, play, and dream. A portion of proceeds from every ticket sold for the final will go toward the fund.
