Presenter’s Path : The Theme Of The Event
Navigating the Journey to Captivate and Inspire, resonated throughout every moment of the event, as attendees were taken on a deep dive into the world of presenting and MCing. Through an engaging series of keynote speeches, hands-on sessions, and candid discussions, participants were not only educated but motivated to elevate their skills and pursue a professional career in this ever-evolving field.

The first of many captivating moments came from the esteemed keynote speaker, Frank Edoho, who took the stage to share his invaluable insights on The Practicalities of Presenting and MCing at Events.
Edoho’s talk was rich with real-life examples, industry wisdom, and actionable advice that highlighted the importance of mastering the art of communication, from using the right language and vocabulary to navigating the delicate balance of an interviewer’s role in different settings.
His experience as a seasoned presenter was palpable, and attendees walked away with an enriched understanding of the work that goes into delivering a flawless presentation.

One of the event’s standout moments came when the remarkable Mojibade Sosanya, affectionately known as The Showstopper, delivered her session on The Nuances of MCing.
Drawing from her extensive experience in corporate and governmental events, Sosanya captivated the audience with her expert understanding of audience psychology, demography, and how to engage diverse crowds effectively.
Her engaging presentation showcased the depth of skill required to connect with and command attention in various event formats.

Further elevating the experience, Gloria Olufeko, an international Event MC and Diction Coach, shared a powerful message that deeply resonated with attendees: “Be a voice, not an echo.”

This phrase became the rallying cry for many, sparking a wave of reflection and excitement among the audience as they recognized the importance of cultivating a unique voice in their professional journeys. The sound of applause that followed was a testament to the impact of Olufeko’s thought-provoking insights.
Though Olive Emodi, the multi-award-winning media personality, TV Anchor, and MC, was unable to attend in person, her recorded video message was a source of inspiration and encouragement. In her heartfelt message, Emodi urged participants to embrace the learning opportunities offered by the day’s speakers, reminding them that “everything is possible if you dare to dream” and that no dream is too big when paired with dedication and hard work.

As the event neared its conclusion, Eefoma Elentiya, the convener and heart behind Presenter’s Path, delivered a heartfelt vote of thanks to all the incredible partners, colleagues, and supporters who made the event a reality.

She closed by revealing the exciting possibility of The Presenter’s Path 2.0 in 2025, a continuation of this important movement aimed at shaping the future of presenting in Nigeria. She encouraged all attendees to continue networking, connecting, and sharing experiences, stressing that The Presenter’s Path is only the beginning of much more greatness to come for the presenter’s community.
The success of Presenter’s Path was not just measured by the knowledge imparted but by the community spirit that was fostered—a community now stronger and more determined to leave an indelible mark in the world of media and presenting. The attendees left feeling empowered, inspired, and ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities ahead on their paths to captivating and inspiring others.

We look forward to more opportunities to support and nurture the next generation of presenters. We cannot wait to witness the continued growth and success of everyone who was a part of this inaugural event. Stay tuned for what’s to come in The Presenter’s Path 2.0!
