On December 10th, 2024, Entertainment Week Lagos (EWL) kicked off its highly anticipated third edition with an electrifying launch party at Livespot Entertarium in Lekki. The event featured spectacular performances and an infectious atmosphere of creativity, setting the stage for an unforgettable week ahead.

Darey Art Alade, co-founder and Creative Director of Livespot 360, started the evening with an inspiring address that encapsulated the vision behind Entertainment Week Lagos. He introduced “Libo,” an innovative interactive robot designed to enhance guest experiences by providing guidance on the week’s highlights.

He emphasized the event’s theme of “Connecting tides”, bridging creativity and innovation across various fields, including fashion, comedy, live production, entrepreneurship, and technology.

The launch night lineup set the bar high. Do2dtun brought his trademark energy to the stage, while Kaffy Dance mesmerized the crowd with a captivating performance. The dynamic duo Wanni & Handi wrapped up the evening with an electrifying set, leaving attendees eagerly anticipating what the rest of Entertainment Week Lagos has in store.

Notable attendees included Yhemo Lee, Bella, Sheggz, VJ Adams, Toke Makinwa, Elozonam, Mariam Timmer, Editi Effiong, Hermes, and others who were spotted mingling and enjoying the atmosphere.
